Despite remaining open, lakefront businesses suffer during flooding

The riverfront continues to flood even weeks after the storm's effects have otherwise worn off.

Wolfy's, which sits near the lakefront, has seen a reduction in business after Hurricane Irma caused the river to flood the roads and the City to close them because of that. "It's killing us," owner Ed Levine said.

St. John's River Steak and Seafood manager Jeremy Rush and waitress Colleen Murphy in the morning on Thursday. They say they've seen a "60 to 70 percent reduction" in customers since Irma blew through town.
