Among the early signees were Lake Mary Preps Aden Ye (top), who signed with the University of Florida men’s golf team, and Oviedo’s Emily DeStaffino (above), who signed with Stetson after a stellar Junior College career at Daytona State College. Ye, who began playing golf at the age of seven, played on the varsity team at LMP for four years and was #1 Ranked by junior golf scoreboard; #2 Ranked by Golfweek; #10 Ranked in the Rolex AJGA Rankings; and was named to the 2017 First Team All American team.

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) — Without All-Conference honorees Tacko Fall and B.J. Taylor, the UCF men’s basketball team fought through adversity to win 68-65 over visiting Gardner-Webb Wednesday night and improve to 2-0 on the season.

Sanford junior golfers ages 11-18 are invited to compete in an upcoming Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour event.
The AJGT Averifact Fall Junior Classic in New Orleans, LA at Joseph M Bartholomew Golf Course on November 18-19.
The tournament entry fee is $195 and includes two days of green fees, tee gifts, and Trophies in four age divisions.

Lake Brantley graduate Rory Coleman (No. 82, top), who enlisted in the United States Army as a Combat Medic after graduating high school, spending 2009-13 on active duty, and received a Purple Heart and Army Commendation Medal with Valor Device during 2010-11 combat deployment to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division, carries the American Flag while leading the UCF football team onto the field for Veteran’s Day. On the field it was McKenzie Milton (No. 10, second from top), Sanford’s Gabe Davis (No. 13, 3rd from top), hard-hitting Shaquem Griffin (No. 18, 4th from top) and O.J. Anderson (No. 26, above) helping lead the Knights to victory.

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) — Behind 519 yards of total offense, the UCF football team improved to 9-0 on the season with a 49-24 victory over UConn on Saturday at Spectrum Stadium. The No. 12/14 Knights topped 500 yards of total offense for the sixth time this season.

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) — An incredible season came to an early end for the No. 8 UCF women's soccer team on Saturday night. The Knights dropped a 1-0 decision to Washington State in the first round of the NCAA tournament at the UCF Soccer Complex.
