UCF women fall at Georgia Tech in WNIT Second Round

A late surge by host Georgia Tech eliminated UCF from the Women’s NIT, 63-51, in Atlanta on Sunday. Jun-ior Fifi Ndour (No. 24) grabbed a team-high eight rebounds, while Senior Zykira Lewis (No. 23), in her final game in a UCF uniform, finished with a team-high 17 points, grabbing four rebounds and a pair of steals. She ended her career with 1,883 points and has made more three-pointers than any Knight – man or woman – in UCF history (271).

The Knights finished the season with a 21-12 overall record, the program's best mark since the 2010-11 campaign.

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) — With its 79-74 victory over visiting Colorado Wednesday night at CFE Arena, the UCF men's basketball team earned its first ever win in the National Invitation Tournament and advanced to the second round to take on No. 1 seed Illinois State.
