The St. Johns River Festival of the Arts, Inc. is proud to announce Sanford’s own Thomas Wrenn as the official Poster Artist for the 2026 festival.
A Florida native, Wrenn brings a distinctive style that blends traditional drawing with modern digital techniques. His work often features wildlife and layered cultural patterns, resulting in imagery that is both whimsical and slightly dark in tone. His creative process combines hand-drawn graphite work with digital colorization and sublimation printing on wood, creating unique and recognizable pieces.
“We are excited to showcase a talented local artist whose work reflects both creativity and originality,” said Rae Marie, Board member of the St. Johns River Festival of the Arts.
The selected artwork will serve as the official image for the 2026 festival and will be featured in promotional materials, merchandise, and marketing throughout the year. This year, the art festival will take place on April 25 and 26, here in historic downtown Sanford. Stop by the information booth to purchase your official poster and T-shirt.
The St. Johns River Festival of the Arts is one of Central Florida’s premier fine art festivals, drawing thousands of visitors to historic downtown Sanford.
