CrossMarc Services Vice President Flavia Kanyago recently brokered a new long-term lease agreement on behalf of Winter Park-based Allora Day Spa, continuing the brand’s strategic expansion across Central Florida.
Kanyago represented the tenant in securing 2,482 square feet at Park Place at Heathrow, the high-end retail center at 7025 C.R. 46A in Lake Mary.
The new location represents the sixth for Allora Day Spa, which also operates in Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park and Dr. Phillips. The luxury wellness brand offers a range of spa and beauty services designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic well-being.
The landlord at Park Place at Heathrow is Coral Gables-based IMA Park Place.
Kanyago said Allora Day Spa continues to target premier retail environments that align with its upscale brand and customer experience.

Recently CrossMarc’s brokerage team, led by Kanyago inked a long-term lease for the fifth Allora location in the Hamlin Town Center in Winter Garden, and is actively seeking additional opportunities for the spa in key Central Florida markets, including Lake Nona and Windermere.
