County announces end of first phase at Five Points Complex that created new road, stormwater pond next to services

This aerial shot of the Five Points area shows the new stormwater pond and road from phase one of the construction project that will eventually bring Seminole County services to the one area location.

Construction on phase one at the Five Point Complex began in 2019. Eventually all of the county's services will be located in the area off of 17-92 south of Sanford.
