NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT DUE TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 20-69, REGARDING EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT – COVID-19-LOCAL GOVERNMENT PUBLIC MEETINGS, AS EXTENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-112, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Florida Resiliency and Energy District “FRED” will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Board Meeting on May 21, 2020, beginning at 1:00 P.M.
